 Pastor Terry Hix and Sarah Hix

The ordination service for Pastor Hix was Spirit led and amazing.
The service started with Terry Woodside leading the congregation in song, followed by the opening prayer by Wearthy Shank. Brother Woodside then gave the Presbytery report and another song, and Charge to Pastor Hix.

Jerry Bailey, Terry Woodside, Wearthy Shank, Bobby Sparks, Ralph James, Robert Ellingwood and Gary Gregg followed with laying of hands and praying for Pastor Hix.

After another song, Brother Bobby Sparks gave an outstanding message on the Value of God's Word.
Following Brother Sparks message, Brothers Jerry Bailey and Terry Woodside presented Pastor Hix with a new Bible.

The congregation sang another song, Brother Jerry Bailey gave the Charge to the Church and Brother Terry Woodside gave the closing prayer.

When the ordination service closed we ate a wonderful meal prepared by the ladies of Gethsemane Baptist Church and enjoyed fellowshipping with one another.
